Terms

You will find the right of revocation in section 8.

1) Scope

These General Terms and Conditions shall be valid for the following offers provided by SENSAPOLIS:

  • Tab „Children’s Birthday“
    Bookings of rooms, equipment, catering etc. for events
  • Tab „Shop“
    Tickets for special events at SENSAPOLIS
  • Tab „Groups“
    Educational tours and exhibitions for groups such as school classes

Owner and operator of the website www.sensapolis.de and the online offer for the Freizeitpark SENSAPOLIS presented under this URL is the

(hereinafter referred to as „we“ or „us“)

These terms and conditions contain the general terms and conditions between you and us.


2) Conclusion of contract

a. Orders placed under the tabs „Children’s Birthday“ and „Shop“ (except orders placed by phone)
The presentation of our goods and/or services on the website does not constitute a binding offer on our part. Only the order of the goods and/or service by you is a binding offer to conclude a corresponding contract. To place the order, you must first go through the ordering process on the website. To do this, you place the product(s) you want in the virtual shopping cart and then enter the required information (name, address, email address, payment method, etc.) in the individual steps of the ordering process. After performing these steps, you will be presented with an overview of your order and data and the possibility to check and correct all data again. Only by confirming the order by clicking the button „order to pay“, will you give us a binding offer to conclude a contract. After we have received your order, we will send you an email without delay, which confirms that we have received your order (confirmation of receipt). This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract. A contract is only concluded by sending our order confirmation by email.

b. Payments under the tab „Children’s Birthday“
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of €25.00 is required when booking a birthday package. The deposit has to be paid at the latest within 6 business days after the invoice date. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled and the booking will be cancelled automatically. You may terminate the contract until the full delivery of our services in connection with the birthday party. In this case, we are entitled to withhold the deposit paid. If you prove that the amount of the agreed remuneration is less than what we have saved as a result of the termination of the contract or which is otherwise caused by the wrongful use of our labour force, this lower amount shall apply.

The balance is to be paid in cash or by EC card on the day of the celebration.

Payment options:

PayPal or wire transfer: The deposit of €25.00 for booking a birthday package must in all cases be transferred to the specified bank account in a timely manner, indicating the invoice number (please state the invoice number), to be received by SENSAPOLIS GmbH within 6 days after the date of the invoice. During this time, the selected package is reserved as desired.

c. Orders under the tab „Groups“
The presentation of our goods and/or services on the website does not constitute a binding offer on our part. Only the order of the goods by you is a binding offer to conclude a corresponding contract. You place this binding order by downloading, filling in, signing and submitting the order form on the website by post or as a scan by email. Please review your details carefully before submitting them and correct them, if necessary, by modifying the relevant information in the form or by downloading and/or printing and re-filling the form. After we have received your order, we will send you an email immediately, which confirms the receipt of your order with us. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract. A contract is only concluded by sending our order confirmation by email.

d. The contract language is German only.


3) Storage of the contract provisions

 

a. For online orders under the „Children’s Birthday“ and „Shop“ tabs
The contractual provisions are partly included in the order overview, which is displayed in the last step of the order, and on the other hand in these general terms and conditions. We store these contractual provisions. You can print or save these documents by using the usual functionality of your browser (usually „Print“ or „File“> „Save As“). The terms of the contract, including the general terms and conditions, are also contained in the e-mail with the order confirmation which we send you in case of acceptance of your order.

b. For fax orders under the „Groups“ tab
The contractual provisions are partly contained in your order (by means of a completed download form, for this see section 2) b.) and on the other hand in these general terms and conditions. We store these contractual provisions. You can print out or save these Terms and Conditions by using the usual functionality of your browser (usually „Print“ or „File“> „Save As“). The terms of the contract, including the General Terms and Conditions, are also contained in the e-mail with the order confirmation, which we send to you in the event of acceptance of your order (see section 2) b. of the order process).


4) Prices, shipping charges

a. The prices stated on our website contain the legal value added tax.
b. The dispatch of goods is at the expense of the customer. An overview of the shipping options and the corresponding shipping costs can be found under the link „Shipping Costs“. The shipping costs are also shown in the price list in the virtual shopping cart and in the order overview.


5) Delivery

Unless otherwise stated in the product offer, we will ship the goods within 2 working days after receipt of payment.


 6) Payment

a. Orders under the „Shop“ tab
The payment will be made by prepayment i.e. wire transfer

b. Orders under the „Groups“ and „Birthdays“ tabs:
Payments may be made in cash or via EC-card.


7) Reservation of title

Delivered goods remain our property up to their full payment.


8) Redeem gift cards

Gift cards (prepaid cards, which you can purchase in the shop) can be redeemed for

  • admission to the SENSAPOLIS park
  • buying products at the shop located inside the SENSAPOLIS park
  • food, drinks and/or other offers of the gastronomy in the park
  • food and drinks at the restaurant quindi
  • rides at the eGo-Kart track Sensadrom

As such, the voucher can be used only in the park, at quindi, or at the Sensadrom. It is not possible to use the gift card for online orders at SENSAPOLIS. The prepaid amount on a gift card can not be paid back in cash. Gift cards are not interest-bearing. It is not possible to redeem gift cards retroactively against products or services already purchased. Gift cards can not be used to purchase additional gift cards. If the credit of a gift card is not sufficient, the difference can be compensated by payment on the spot. When redeeming, multiple gift cards can be bundled to receive an item. Gift cards are transferable.


9) Applicable law

Only German law applies. This choice of law applies to a consumer only insofar as no compulsory statutory provisions of the state in which he or she lives or habitually resides are restricted. If the customer is not a consumer, Sindelfingen is the court of jurisdiction.
