How can I book a birthday party at Sensapolis?
Booking is possible either online or by phone at +49 (0) 70 31 - 20 48 53 - 23. Please note that the minimum advance for bookings is 3 days.
What benefits are included in the birthday package?
Included for each participant are: admission fee for the park, 1 Peterstaler beverage (0,5l), 1 meal in family portions (choose from 1 slice of cheese pizza, 1 slice of salami pizza, 1 small burger with fries or noodles in tomato sauce) plus a small surprise. The birthday child is free from charge.
What is the minimum number of participants to book a birthday party at Sensapolis?
The birthday package is available starting from 5 paying persons. The minimum number of paying persons for partys in the catering area is 5. For partys in the mews however it's 8 paying persons. Please note that we have to charge the minimum number of persons even if less persons take part.
How is the procedure?
Firstly we need your firm reservation (minimum advance of 1 week). When you arrive at the park on the agreed date, please head for the reception. Our service employees will accompany you to your laid birthday table or your birthday room. A birthday song will be chanted and every child receives a little present. Then the meal is talked over with you and everyone can go and examine the park. At the appointed meal time the kids will be asked to table by announcement.
How many persons can party in the stables?
1 out of the 4 stables next to the castle can be booked starting from 8 persons. The maximum number of persons for each stable is 15.
Which decoration is available?
Each of the four party rooms in the stables is decorated following a certain motto. You can choose from a princess, a pirate, a knight or a “Hello Kitty” decoration. In the catering area a neutral decoration in gender specific color schemes is provided.
How is the payment of the birthday party processed?
The payment happens at the cashpoint on the day of your visit according to the number of participants and chosen tariff. The birthday child is free of charge. You can pay either cash or with EC card.
I have to cancel a booked party. Until when is that possible? What are the costs?
In case of a cancellation please contact us via phone. A cost-free cancellation is possible up to 2 workdays before the event.
Is it obligatory to wear socks in the park?
We recommend to bring sturdy shoes for the climbing area. At the slides our staff is paying attention that the kids wear socks or overshoes. For the rest of the park there are no restrictions.
